Warm water and new foods

This weekend Ian and I booked a holiday in the British Virgin Islands. I am very much looking forward to resting in the sun and getting a chance to dive in the warm water. It will also be a good opportunity to try some more delicious seafood I am adding to my “food wants” list.

  • Conch
  • Anegada Lobster
  • Whelks

I recently tried sea urchin, too soft and wet for my liking and anaga so I need some new yummies to look out for.
